Process
How we actually work.
Four steps, in order, every time. No discovery call before you've seen a plan. No vague roadmap after you've signed one.

Steps in order
- 01
We build your growth plan first.
Before any call, we pull your current site, your ads if you're running any, and your Google Business Profile. Then we do the same for two or three of your named competitors. You get a short, specific breakdown of what they're doing, where your marketing has a gap, and the first few moves we'd make.
- Who's involved
- Just us at this stage. Nothing is needed from you beyond the intake form.
- What it looks like
- An illustrative example. A plan looks across every channel because the fix isn't always the same one. It might show a competitor's site loading twice as fast as yours, a Website gap. A competitor ranking for a search term you don't, an SEO gap. Your Google Business Profile with zero recent photos, a visibility gap. A competitor's ad that's been running unchanged for months, an Ads opening. The plan might end up pointing at a new site, better SEO, an ad account, content, or a few of those together. The findings are specific either way, and the process stays the same regardless of which service the answer turns out to be.
- 02
We talk if it's a fit.
A short call to walk through the plan together and answer your questions. There's already a real plan on the table, so it's a working session on it.
- Who's involved
- You, or whoever actually decides, and one person from Novax.
- What it looks like
- We open the plan on screen and walk through the biggest findings first. If it's a fit, we talk next steps. If it isn't, we say so plainly, usually within the first ten minutes.
- 03
We execute.
Whichever pillars the plan calls for get built, one service or several, run as one connected system.
- Who's involved
- We build. You review and approve at a small number of clear checkpoints, things like final ad creative before it goes live or site copy before launch.
- What it looks like
- Execution runs the same way no matter what the plan calls for, always connected end to end. If it's ads, creative goes out in batches while any site it points to gets finished in parallel. If it's SEO, technical fixes go in on the live site immediately while the ongoing work builds month over month. If it's a new site, it's built around exactly what traffic will land on it, whether that's ads, search, or both. If it's content, one shoot feeds both the organic calendar and any ad account at once. The service changes. The discipline stays the same.
- 04
We report what's working.
Reporting tied to what actually matters: cost per lead, leads, calls booked.
- Who's involved
- We deliver the report and you review it together, as a real conversation.
- What it looks like
- A short, honest read on what's working, what isn't, and what changes next, including when something isn't working yet.
Questions
Before you ask.
Then that's what the plan says. If one campaign is all your business needs right now, we'll tell you that instead of packaging four services you don't need. The plan is only useful to you if it's honest, and it's only useful to us if you trust it.
No. That's the entire point of it being free. You get the plan, you use it, you hire us or you don't.
The plan accounts for what's already working. If your current site converts fine, we build around it, not over it.
It depends on scope. A single ad build starts sooner than a full site. Your plan spells out the order and the starting point for exactly what it recommends, so you know before you commit.
